Return & Refund Policy
At Solivys, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll gladly work with you to find a solution.
Items eligible for return must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized or final sale items are not returnable due to their nature.
To return a product, please email our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Be sure to follow the return instructions provided to ensure your package is processed promptly.
After receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method if approved. Refunds may exclude return shipping fees and restocking costs, which vary by product.
If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know—we’ll do our best to help with a size or color swap, depending on stock.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products. Items returned without tracking or RA numbers may not be eligible for a refund.
